BiographyJen Stark's practice is based on the concepts of replication and infinity, her artwork echoing patterns found in nature. The artist's optically and formally baffling sculptures, animations, and drawings are inspired by plants, outer space, and the theories of colour, math and science. Her creations incorporate a variety of materials which produce optically hypnotic effects not unlike traditional mandalas and sacred objects. Jen Stark has exhibited her works in various galleries and museums across North America and Europe. Stark lives and works in Miami, Florida. [Cooper Cole Gallery]
