Inspired by Josef Albers’ color studies, Clark weaves vibrant fibers to celebrate the artistry, pride, and ancestral significance of hair in Black communities. Hair serves as a site of connection, storytelling, and resilience, where traditions and care rituals are passed down. Albers Interactions affirms that true health includes cultural affirmation and joyful bonds with loved ones. Each thread honors heritage, celebrating the resilience and connections that sustain us.



La obra de Clark explora la familia, la alegría y la identidad colectiva a través del cabello como un poderoso símbolo de la herencia cultural negra. Inspirándose en los estudios sobre el color de Josef Albers, Clark teje fibras vibrantes para celebrar el arte, el orgullo y la importancia ancestral del cabello en las comunidades negras.
